  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Identification
  • Immunization Record
  • Court Documentation (if necessary)

Kindergarten registration is ongoing for MCS. 

Registration will be going on at all kindergarten locations across the district on these dates from 9 AM. to 2 PM. Locations are Madison Kindergarten Academy (for students in Daniel Boone, Glenn Marshall, Kit Carson, and White Hall districts), Shannon Johnson Elementary (for students in Shannon Johnson and Silver Creek districts), Boonesborough Elementary, Kirksville Elementary, Kingston Elementary, and Waco Elementary. 

Early Entrance to Kindergarten Application

If your child was born between August 2 and October 1, 2014 and you believe your child demonstrates academic achievement, social, emotional and physical maturity appropriate for kindergarten placement. A district committee will review the applications and make contact to schedule the assessment.

1st through 5th Grade

Clark Moore's 6th grade Jumpstart Program

PRE-REGISTRATION MANDATORY

All incoming 6th grade students are invited to Clark Moores’ Jumpstart program.  Students will learn about dress code, Renaissance, schedules, code of conduct, school programs and much more.

Check school calendar for date and time. Allow the first hour for check in procedure. Open House will follow Jumpstart Program where students and parents can meet teachers and have dinner.
